¿Cuáles son los horarios de atención?


-Aunque operamos las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, todos los viajes deben programarse con anticipación ya que nuestro horario de trabajo físico es de lunes a viernes de 9 a. m. a 10 p. m. y de lunes a viernes de 9 a. m. a 9 p. m. Las solicitudes del mismo día necesitan un plazo de entrega de 5 horas.

¿Cómo pago?


-Los pagos se realizan directamente al conductor a menos que se hagan otros arreglos. Como por ejemplo facturación/facturación directa (viajes corporativos/de negocios) o pago por adelantado. Las facturas/facturación directa vencen dentro de las 48 horas, después de 48 horas se agregará un cargo diario de $35 al monto final.


¿Cual es la política de cancelación?


-Las cancelaciones deben realizarse 48 horas antes de la hora de recogida reservada/confirmada. Cualquier cosa fuera de esta ventana se cobrará el 60% de la solicitud de transporte acordada. Para todos los tipos de vehículos más grandes (Sprinters, minibuses, limusinas, autobuses) se cobrará el 100% de la solicitud de transporte acordada si se cancela fuera del período de 48 horas.


What are the capacity limits for all vehicles?


-Sedans are max 3 passengers 3-4 pieces of luggage. SUVs are max 6-7 passengers 6-9 pieces of luggage (dependent on size). Sprinter vans vary, executive 15 passengers max, limo 11-14 passengers max, jet 7 passengers max. Stretch limos, sedan 10 passenger max, Jeep 14 passenger max, SUV 18 passenger max. Mini bus 24 passenger max, 31 passenger max. Coach bus 56 passenger max.

-Atendemos a toda Nueva Jersey, Filadelfia y la región este de Pensilvania, la ciudad de Nueva York, Long Island, parte del norte del estado de Nueva York y el condado de Fairfield, Connecticut.


¿Tri State alquila coches/vehículos?


-No, no alquilamos vehículos para uso personal. No somos una empresa de alquiler de coches sino una empresa de transporte en limusina/limusina.


¿Qué servicios se ofrecen?


-Transporte al aeropuerto, eventos (bodas, graduaciones, cumpleaños, conciertos, eventos deportivos), servicio por hora/según dirección, viajes corporativos (formación de equipos, salidas de empresa, reuniones), mudanzas ligeras (mudanza y entrada en dormitorios universitarios), citas ( médicos u otros), traslado de ida/punto a punto.
